Hey everyone! I've been working on a personal side project called ChromaStack , and I wanted to share a little demo of what I've built so far. The idea came from a pretty simple problem: there are so many miniature paint brands out there, and figuring out which colours are close enough, what to buy, or what you already own can quickly become a headache. So I started building a tool to make things easier. Here's what you can currently do: Find paint equivalents across 8 brands, with colour differences calculated using Delta-E (CIEDE2000). Compare alternatives when a specific paint isn't available. Explore paint lists for Warhammer armies , including essential and optional colours. Track your paint collection and mark what you already own. Find alternatives directly from army paint lists instead of searching for each colour individually. The video shows a couple of examples using Macragge Blue and an Ultramarines army. ChromaStack is completely free, with no mandatory account or paywall.
