Original Summary
I’m the creator of Gemnao, a PC game troubleshooting site. I’ve added a new feature that lets players report both unresolved issues and fixes that helped them. Instead of collecting only free-text comments, the form asks for a few specific details: Which game and symptom What you tried Whether the issue is resolved Optional details such as your setup, game version, and a source link Links from game pages and troubleshooting articles prefill the relevant game and article, so you don’t have to start from scratch. You can preview your report before submitting it. Reports go through editorial review before publication. A submitted workaround isn’t automatically treated as a verified fix, since something that helps one setup may not help another. The aim is to collect useful context around troubleshooting, including what didn’t work, rather than just another list of “try this” suggestions. Here’s the English report page: https://gemnao.pages.dev/en/reports What would make you more likely to share a report after troubleshooting a game problem: a shorter form, clearer examples, or something else? submitted by /u/Ok-Ideal311 [link] [comments]
