I’m building a mobile-friendly app for a sports academy owner. Their main problem is that day-to-day admin tasks like fee/attendance/coaches etc. takes too much time, and the software they’ve seen feels too complicated. They want something simple that staff can use while the owner gets a clear overview. I have a demo, but this would be my first paid custom app. How would you price the build in INR? Would you charge by milestones, use a setup fee plus a monthly charge, or take another approach? What would you include in ongoing support versus charge separately?
