Original Summary
Hi friends I've been working on Zync, a desktop SSH workspace for Windows, macOS and Linux. Website: https://zync.thesudoer.in GitHub: https://github.com/zync-sh/zync Zync brings everyday server work together: connecting to servers, checking logs, moving files and managing port forwards, without constantly switching tools. What it currently has: Terminal, SFTP browser and port forwarding in one window An encrypted local vault for credentials, with no account required for core use Local shells and remote SSH sessions in the same workspace Jump hosts, SSH config import and visual port forwarding: local, remote and SOCKS Snippets, command palette and workspace restore Optional encrypted backup to your own Google Drive A marketplace for plugins and themes There’s more to explore in the app too... I recently released v2.35.1, mostly focused on workspace customization: Custom interface colors, with theme JSON import/export Rename, pin and organize tabs Split or dock panes to keep related views together Configurable side navigation A shortcut editor with additional bindings that work while the terminal is focused Short demo of the update: https://pub-f5d307b0347348988dccc997da10756a.r2.dev/2.35.1.mp4 Release notes: https://github.com/zync-sh/zync/releases/tag/v2.35.1 Feedback from people using Zync has helped shape these updates. If you work with servers regularly, give it a try. I’d love to hear what you think :) submitted by /u/FDgajju22 [link] [comments]
