Applying for jobs has started feeling like a job itself. You find a role you actually want, and then you have to: Rewrite your resume for the job description Figure out which keywords and experience actually matter Rewrite your bullet points Write a cover letter Repeat the entire process for the next application I’m building Qurtesy to simplify that process. The idea is straightforward: Your existing resume + a job description → a tailored application. Qurtesy can analyze a job description, identify what matters for the role, and help tailor your resume around your actual experience. It can also generate a job-specific cover letter based on the same information. One principle I care about: it shouldn't invent experience just to make you look like a better candidate. It's still very much in development, and that's actually why I'm posting this. I'd love some brutally honest feedback: Is this actually a problem worth solving? Would you use something like this? What would make you not trust a tool like this? What part of the workflow am I missing? What would you change about the idea? I'm building Qurtesy in public, so criticism is genuinely more valuable to me than compliments right now.
