Original Summary
Side project that turned into how I work: instead of one AI assistant, I have a small team of Claude Code agents. Each has its own job, browser and terminal, and they run on my own machine. I talk to them from my phone. How it works day to day: I send one message. A "chief of staff" agent splits it up, briefs the agents that need to act, and they can bring in more help if a job needs it. I don't read their chatter. I get a short card when something needs my decision. What I had to build before I could let it run without watching it: Proof, not "done". Every ask is tracked as a mission, and an agent can't close one without a link, an output or a screenshot. Quiet missions get chased automatically. Recurring jobs that are checked. "Every morning…" becomes a routine, and a daily check flags it if it didn't run. Plain-words approvals. Spending, sending, deleting data or anything with passwords always waits for my tap. Everything else just runs. Sign in once. One login covers every agent. Passwords stay in a vault the agents never see. My Mac on a timer. Agents can drive my Mac only inside a time-boxed grant I switch on. Where it falls short today: - Mac and iPhone only (iPhone via TestFlight). There's no Android yet, and Windows is still in testing. - Agents aren't sandboxed from each other at the OS level yet. - It's built by one person. - It isn't affiliated with Anthropic. Feedback I'd love: does "everything that leaves the machine needs my tap" sound like the right line to you, or too strict? shaliach.me submitted by /u/Sea_Tiger39 [link] [comments]
