Original Summary
I was always fascinated by that experiment with chimpanzees where they could see numbers on a screen and tap those numbers in sequence after looking at them for only ~80 milliseconds. Young chimps (especially Ayumu) were consistently better than humans at it. So I decided to build a little app that tries to recreate that kind of “flash and recall” training, mostly just to go through the whole process of making and publishing an app, and also as a tool for myself. It’s called Project SYNAPSE . Its completely free, no advertisements, no data collection, has retro terminal aesthetic, and is old school increasing difficulty.
