I spend over 3 months building a product that people loved but then my co-founder wasn't going hard on marketing it, which I thought he would after the product is ready. He had a very cushy consultancy gig and was getting paid a lot for it. So he didn't had any urgency to build anything. On the other hand, I had left everything to try build some products and wanted to start generating revenue.
