I'm a solo founder, 15 years as a software engineer and product manager. On every product I worked on, feedback came in from everywhere and nobody could say which complaint mattered most. So I built Productus, mostly with Claude Code. You import what you already have, like App Store reviews, support emails or a CSV, and it sorts everything into themes with a real quote on each, ranked by how often it comes up and how negative it is. A small widget on your site keeps collecting after that. The free plan has no card and no time limit. Two things I'd love to know. Where does your users' feedback actually live today?
