Original Summary
Ran an outbound pilot on French and UK B2B SaaS founders. Instead of a list tool, a finder, a verifier, a phone tool and a spreadsheet to glue them, I chained the data steps: one provider first, the next only on the misses, verify everything. What I learned: - One provider is never enough. The first found 76% of emails. A second, only on the misses, recovered 73% of what it tried. About 9 in 10 overall, 92% verified valid. - Phones are worse. The first provider found 16 of 100. The second found 71 of the 84 missed. Same people. - Per-lookup pricing beats seats at low volume. You pay for hits, not for a month you barely used. - The list still matters most. 70% of the companies I enriched failed my own filters. Seat-based tools made sense when one person worked one tool all day. With an agent doing the steps, I'm not sure they still do. What are you still paying seats for, and is it worth it? submitted by /u/Zealousideal_Fan177 [link] [comments]
