Original Summary

It was 1:47 AM. I had a seminar the next morning and I knew I'd read the perfect explanation of agglomeration effects. I could almost see the page. But was it a PDF? A browser tab? Something I'd asked ChatGPT? A screenshot on my phone? Forty minutes later I was still digging through Downloads, 34 open tabs and three note apps. I never found it. I wrote something worse from memory and felt stupid, because the answer was somewhere on my own devices the whole time. That night stuck with me. We save everything and still can't find anything, because search wants exact keywords and the right app, and memory doesn't work like that. You remember fragments: "a blue chart", "something Sam said on a call", "roughly last month". So I'm building Hadseen. You press Ctrl+Alt+Space, ask out loud in your own words, and it searches everything you've read, saved and heard across your laptop, phone and browser, then opens the exact page with the passage highlighted. Privacy is the whole point: you choose what it can see, personal messages are off by default, and you can make it forget anything. Honest status: it's pre-launch. I ran ads for 3 days, about 80 people visited the page and zero signed up. The data showed most people left within 10 seconds, so I rebuilt the page to show a live demo first. I'd genuinely love feedback: Is this a problem you actually have, or just me? What would stop you trusting an app like this with your files? Does the page make sense in 10 seconds? Brutal honesty welcome. I'd rather hear it now than after building the wrong thing. submitted by /u/Wingardium07 [link] [comments]
