Hello, dear SaaS founders :) Just wanted to stop by and share potentially useful information. I've launched a product that brings multiple tools together into one collaborative platform, useful for designers, marketers, and similar roles. What happened maybe a month or two ago is that I got an email from one of my customers, where he very casually asked a question: "Hey, could you guys build a whiteboard feature where my team could collaborate? We are currently using other software for that, and it's getting quite expensive?" to which I replied, "Let my engineer and me go through it, and we'll get back to you" Long story short, with AI and everything, we built it in a couple of weeks and released it under a feature flag just for that customer; they upgraded from the pro plan to a team plan and onboarded 15 new teammates. After they tested it and we made a couple of tweaks/fixes, we released it for everyone to use. Listen to your customers; analyze their feedback/requests.
