Original Summary

To be clear up front: this was made entirely by Claude , working in Claude Code. That covers the app, the server, the tests and the README screenshots. I didn't write the code. I said what I wanted, used it every day on my iPhone and Mac, and sent back bugs and screen recordings until it felt right. I wanted an offline player where I can search for online songs and play them online fast, and also download them as MP3 files stored on my device. And it'll sync with my laptop as well. It means that if I download a song on my phone, it's also downloaded on my Mac in the same folder that I've selected for music. I can play/pause songs on my Mac using my iPhone or Android phone and vice versa. Features Offline: no server, no account, nothing leaves the device Your folders are your library. Add a folder (from Files on iPhone, Finder on Mac, the file picker on Android). Every folder in it that holds songs becomes a playlist, and folders inside folders become their own playlists, so it mirrors how you already sort things: Music/ ├── Michael Jackson/ │ ├── Thriller/ → playlist "Thriller" │ └── Bad/ → playlist "Bad" └── Queen/ ├── A Night at the Opera/ → playlist "A Night at the Opera" └── Greatest Hits/ → playlist "Greatest Hits" Files stay files: MP3, M4A, FLAC, WAV, OGG, AIFF and more, with titles, artists, covers and lyrics from their tags. Manage folders from the app: rename a folder (its songs stay in your playlists and likes, and the music keeps playing), hide it, move songs between folders, or delete them. Your own playlists mixing songs from any folder, Liked Songs , tags (coloured labels like "To replace" or "Gym" that also work as playlists), and pins on Home. Find on this page in every playlist (⌘F on Mac). Equalizer with 10 draggable bands and presets. Lock screen and Control Center, Siri ("play Thriller on Musify"), Android Auto , and a sleep timer. Light and dark mode, plus a proper desktop layout on Mac. The queue works exactly like Spotify's This is the part I cared about most, because YouTube Music's queue never worked for me. Queued songs would get thrown away when I tapped something else, and I never knew what would play next. Swipe a song right anywhere (folder, playlist, search results) to add it to the queue, with a little haptic click. Swipe left to tag it. Play next puts a song right after the current one, so the last thing you picked plays first. Add to queue puts it after the songs already queued. Both come before the rest of the playlist. The queue is yours. Queued songs play once and leave. They survive skipping, going back, starting another playlist, and toggling shuffle (shuffle only reorders the rest of the playlist, never your queue). The queue
