Original Summary
Hey everyone, I've been working on a B2B SaaS called DEAU , designed for agencies that manage high volumes of job applications, particularly agencies helping candidates find jobs and Ausbildung opportunities in Germany and Austria. The idea came from looking at how these agencies manage their workflows. Some of the agency owners I've spoken with handle approximately 30,000–35,000 application emails per month. At that volume, repetitive tasks like preparing applications, managing sending accounts, organizing workflows, and tracking activities can become a serious operational challenge. That's the problem I'm trying to solve with DEAU. The platform is now ready, but there's one challenge: I have 0 paying customers. I'm currently figuring out how to reach my first 10 B2B clients. My initial plan is to focus on direct outreach, product demonstrations, and a small pilot program for agencies. I'm curious to hear from other B2B SaaS founders: How did you acquire your first 5–10 paying customers? Did direct outreach work better than paid advertising at the beginning? Would you recommend offering a free pilot or charging from day one? I'd especially love to hear from anyone who has built software for recruitment agencies or other service-based businesses. Appreciate any advice or lessons learned! If you're curious about the platform, you can check it out here: https://deau.agency/ I'm the founder, and I'd genuinely appreciate feedback on the product, pricing, and positioning. submitted by /u/Equivalent-Fly-9598 [link] [comments]
