Hey everyone! I've built an MVP for my SaaS and I'm planning to launch a closed beta with people in my network soon. One thing I'm struggling with is figuring out if the name is safe to use from a trademark perspective. I've done some research and found a few products with similar names, including one with the exact same name. Some have registered trademarks in the US, Japan, and Australia. For those who've been through this, how did you check if your name was safe to use? Did you follow any particular process or use specific tools or databases?
