Original Summary
I've shipped more products in the last year than I care to count. Nearly every launch went the same way: build, post, crickets. Building is nearly free now — getting noticed is the lottery. So I built the thing I kept wishing existed: a club where builders help builders to launch. How it works: - You enter your product ($10 entry fee, or earn a free entry by doing bonus tasks). Your site or app needs a free signup and no credit card required. - Each week you sign up for 5 other builders' products — real accounts through tracked links — and answer a feedback question they choose. - Cohorts run for 5 weeks. A Monday draw picks whose launch week it is; everyone wins once per cohort, the draw just decides the week. - On your week, 25+ builders sign up for your product and leave feedback. Signups are verified and there's a public results page. The part I thought hardest about: trying to keep it real. Every signup has safeguards put in to try and confirm a real account — check them yourself, or if you build with AI, paste one prompt and signups can auto-verify. Miss your signups two weeks in a row and you lose your entry. Anti bot, no vanity metrics — the point is momentum plus candid feedback from people who actually build. Honest status: the site works and I'm filling the first cohort now (Need 30 builders to start). If you've shipped something to crickets, I'd love you in it — and I'd especially love feedback on the model itself. What would break it? What would make you trust it?
