Hi everyone! I've been building Je me défends , a web app for French consumers dealing with defective products, delayed repairs, or sellers refusing refunds. The idea came from a simple problem: consumer rights exist, but knowing what to ask for and writing a clear formal complaint can be intimidating. The app asks a few questions about the dispute and generates a personalized message users can send to the seller for free. There are optional paid services for formal demand letters (€9.90) and registered postal delivery (€21.90). I'm currently working on improving the legal accuracy, mobile experience, and conversion from informational articles.
