Original Summary
I get into this grind of working on my business and forgetting to do marketing until it's the end of the month and the stripe payout isn't improving much. So I setup this little routine: For 1-2 hour everyday, I set out sales/marketing tasks - ads, outreaches, content, etc. if I don't get it done, I leave the rest until the next window. That way, I keep sales/marketing manageable and continuous. Without getting overwhelmed with the day. I've done a 2 week sprint in the past with some founders and it worked really well. Looking to do it again for the next two weeks with whoever is interested in locking in on marketing. I'm happy to share what I know and hope others do to. How do you make sure you don't get too stuck building/servicing customers that you forget sales/marketing until it's too late? (Wrote this yesterday when the stripe payout hit but been down with the flu lately.) EDIT: 3 founders down!
