I run a software-/AI agency and this is what I’m currently working on (just a web prototype for now). Im working closely with the CEO of a company who will soon take on responsibility for several more branches, and I’m helping him map out the entire organization. The first goal is a clear, intuitive overview of everything in one digital space. It fills up over time through an MCP: the CEO keeps feeding the AI context from documents and other sources, and the agent fills in the structure and any missing information. The second goal is to identify every single process in the company and find out where AI can automate work or replace roles entirely. I’ve looked for an existing framework for this but havent found anything that really fits. By framework I mean a way to show the structure of a larger company intuitively like this, not just static org charts or a high-level overview. You should be able to drill down from the big picture to every task and role of every single person. Sorry for all the blurs.
