Original Summary
The concept is super simple. There are always people in group chats whose stream is ahead and I find out what happens before it happens which is very annoying. I also stopped using live score apps to check stats during the game for the same reason. So I've built a specifically "not-live" score/data and match chat where everyone's messages are held to their own stream. If you're 40 seconds behind, you only see stats and what people said up to the minute you've reached, so nobody spoils a goal. And if you watch the game later, you start from kick-off and the chat plays back as it happened so you still get that social experience of seeing what people were saying during the game. Here's what it looks like, it's still a prototype that I only used with a couple of friends, but it works as a discord app as well. I don’t even have a name for this, much less a website but anyone who wants to try it out - let me know! submitted by /u/emilesmithbro [link] [comments]
