Original Summary

Been working on this for a while and finally put it online: https://fairly.gg I wanted to build something genuinely useful that could also pay for itself one day. Most price sites just show the sticker price, so I made one place that answers "what's the cheapest way to actually play this?" So for each game it: - compares Steam, GOG, Humble, Fanatical, GMG and Epic with checkout fees already included - checks if it's on PC Game Pass / Ultimate and tells you if a month of that beats buying - shows price history and the all time low Sorting is purely by price. I'm planning to add affiliate links at some point to cover hosting, but they'll never change the order. Being upfront about the limits: it's around 1,000 popular Steam games right now, and the US has the most stores. EU/UK/TR are mostly Steam prices for now while I sort out more data sources. There's also a free API and an MCP server if anyone wants to plug it into a bot or an AI assistant. Would really appreciate feedback, especially if the "cheapest way to play" answer makes sense or feels confusing. And which store should I add next? submitted by /u/Environmental-Gur136 [link] [comments]
