Original Summary

I kept running into the same question, for myself and for friends: from where I am now, what's actually realistic next, what does it pay, and how long does it take? Job boards show openings, not paths. So I built Waylines. You describe where you are (your job, or your studies if you're a student) and what you want. It reads that back so you can fix anything it got wrong, then draws a metro-style map: a few routes of real jobs, with your state's pay, how long each step usually takes, and what each one takes. No signup, nothing to buy, US only for now because the pay data is American. What I'd love from this sub: - bugs, confusing screens, anything that breaks on your phone - maps that look wrong for you: tell me what you typed and what you expected waylines.org/?r=r1 submitted by /u/Lower-Magician-2578 [link] [comments]
