Original Summary
I've been working on different technical projects and trying to understand where businesses actually need help. Something I've been wondering about: even with all the software available today, what parts of running a SaaS business are still surprisingly frustrating? Could be internal processes, customer support, integrations, reporting, billing, or something completely different. I'm interested in the problems you've actually dealt with, especially ones where you tried existing tools but still ended up doing things manually. What did you try, and what was missing? submitted by /u/PuzzleheadedFly4471 [link] [comments]
