Original Summary

Building got cheap. A working product that used to take a small team a quarter is now a weekend for one person who knows what they're doing. Knowing what's worth building didn't get any faster. That still means talking to people who have the problem, understanding why they keep tolerating the workaround instead of switching, and hearing, flatly, that the idea isn't worth switching for. None of that moved. What changed is the ratio. When building was the bottleneck, a mediocre idea usually just didn't happen. Nobody got around to it. Now nothing stops it from getting built, shipped, and posted here, and only then does it meet the market that was never really there. Cheap tools didn't produce better ideas. They just made the gap between having one and finding out it was wrong a lot shorter. Curious how many people here are validating after building now instead of before. submitted by /u/SimplySaas [link] [comments]
