Original Summary

I'm not sure why I'm writing this down, but I'm gonna freeze my SaaS for a while. I started the project as a side project since 5 years for a customer, then I converted it to a SaaS. It had a kind of good revenue, with a nearly small cost, we have a great potential, we have a potential from a big players/corporates and mega brands within the market. We have a good search engine ranking against our mega competitors when it comes to search queries for our ICP, we got all of our clients via organic reach, no paid ads. So, and since two years ago, I decided to give it a full commitment, I quit my job which was great (financially and from career POV). Since then, I tried to get some co founders to help me, I'm extremely bad on selling things, when it comes to preparing presentations and closing deals, I got stuck on the enterprises internal processes mud. So, by the time, I started to feel like I'm losing control, I can't hire a good BD or a good SR to help solving my selling gap, I can't sell by my self, or let's say, I can't do the sales people stuff (follow up even with reminders, reaching the decision makers, well proposing the ROI .. etc). I feel like I don't want to give up, but there are no another choice. Freezing it and running it as a side project again is not a good choice either because I know that I will need to give a 150% of my effort on my new job to prove my self and to sharp my skills, because in my SaaS I weren't giving the software development a lot of time, because I were running the whole thing by my own, and the software itself was been built and stable. So, freezing it means it will lost a lot of potential, also, because it is B2B, it means that it needs a time to handle the presentations and meetings and this kind of stuff, which can not be done at least for my 4-6 months in my new job.
