Original Summary
Building a Saas right now. We do AI deal workflows for B2B sales, revops, and procurement teams. We are at the stage where getting tight, continuous feedback loops is critical. I know the standard advice is "talk to your network" or "do cold outreach on LinkedIn," but I want to hear what actually worked for you pre-PMF. Did you lead with a workflow teardown instead of a pitch? Did you offer massive discounts, free access, or influence over the roadmap? Most importantly, how did you prevent people from doing one polite feedback call and then ghosting? Would love to hear the raw reality of how you secured your first committed partners. Thanks, massive respect to every founder out there. We got this. submitted by /u/Plane-Drag-4198 [link] [comments]
