Original Summary

Hey everyone 👋 I built So Annoying! , a safari extension, because nowadays it feels like you have to close five things before you can actually read a webpage. How to get your free year Like and comment this post! Visit soannoying.app/year . Tap Get my free year . What does it blocks (you can toggle on/off these): Google AI answers, including AI Overviews Google sponsored search results YouTube ads when watching in Safari Ads on websites Cookie banners, with a real rejection on supported sites Newsletter and email signup popups “Open in app” nags Website notification prompts Floating chat bubbles Videos that follow you down the page Trackers The part I’m most proud of is that it learns. If a popup slips through and you close it yourself, the app learns how you dismissed it and save a rule to handle it next time. You’re teaching it just by browsing normally. After you’ve tried it for a few days, an honest App Store review would mean a lot to me. It helps other people decide whether it’s useful for them, and helps me improve it. Completely optional, of course. Enjoy and thank you for all the interest and support! ❤️ submitted by /u/Most-Break-4452 [link] [comments]
