Original Summary
Hey everyone, I've built Infralane, a cloud platform for deploying web apps, APIs, static sites and background workers over the past 1 year of college. The idea is to combine the convenient deployment experience of platforms like Render and Vercel with affordable, VPS-style resource pricing. You choose a resource pool of CPU, RAM and storage, then deploy your applications into it. Multiple apps can share the pool as long as they fit within its capacity. Hosting starts at $6/month for the smallest pool. You can deploy from GitHub, a Docker image or a ZIP upload, configure environment variables, and inspect deployment history and build/runtime logs through the dashboard. There's also an MCP integration that lets compatible AI coding agents prepare and apply deployments, inspect deployment status and read logs within the projects you authorize. For a concrete example, I prompted VS Code's Copilot: I want you to create a simple HTML, CSS, Vanilla JS church landing page for a church called "New Testament Church" and then deploy it using infralane This was the result: https://new-testament-church-6923.infralane.dev/ it built and deployed it in one go. That example shows the workflow I'm trying to make useful: build an app with your agent, then involve it in getting the app deployed as well. The platform is here: https://www.infralane.cloud submitted by /u/unruly______ [link] [comments]
