Original Summary
Hey everyone, I just launched Guestics: https://www.guestics.com Quick background: I managed hotels for years, and getting guests to leave Google reviews was always a pain. Happy guests just leave. Unhappy ones go straight to Google. The tools out there felt way too big and pricey for a small place. So here’s what it does: You put a QR code where the visit ends. Front desk, with the check, at the counter, wherever. People scan it and rate their visit in a few seconds. No app, no sign-up. Everyone gets a one-tap link to your Google reviews. If someone had a bad time, they can also message you privately so you can fix it before it turns into a 2-star review. You see everything in a pretty simple dashboard. And no review gating. Everyone sees the Google button, no matter what rating they give. The private message is just an extra option. It works for pretty much any place with a Google listing: hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, cafés, tours, salons... Nothing to connect, takes about 10 min to set up. Honestly would love some feedback: Is the landing page clear? Anything confusing or missing? Would you actually use this if you ran a small business?
