I built an app that turns your phone usage into a utility bill. Every night at 10 PM you get one notification: "Your bill is ready." It itemizes the day like an electricity bill: every app as a line item, pickups, first pickup time, after-midnight scrolling, and a slab (NORMAL / HIGHER / PENALTY). One roast printed at the bottom. Last night's: "24m of scrolling after midnight. The moon saw everything." Numbers are real, only the roast is a joke. Everything stays on the phone, no account, no ads. You can share the bill as an image (private apps get hidden), and if your weekly average stays NORMAL it prints you a certificate.
