I built Breezecut, an on-device iPhone toolkit for small video jobs — looking for workflow feedback

Original Summary
I’m building Breezecut, a video toolkit for iPhone, and would love feedback from other makers on its scope and workflow. The idea is to make small video jobs easy to finish: compress a clip before sharing, trim or merge videos, convert one to a GIF, resize it, or recognize speech and export an editable SRT subtitle file. Each tool follows a pick → adjust → export flow. There are now 30+ tools. A design choice is to process everything on the phone, without a user account or uploading videos. Exports have no app watermark, and there are no ads. Most tools are free and unlimited. Optional Pro features include burning subtitles into video, device mockups, face blur, and several others, with one free try each. US pricing: $1.99/month or $9.99/year (auto-renewing), or $19.99 lifetime (one-time). The app needs iOS 18+; video enhancement needs iOS 26. App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/breezecut-video-toolkit/id6820107160 I’d particularly appreciate feedback on the toolkit approach: would you browse a grid of tools, or prefer to choose a goal first (for example, “make this clip easier to share”)? If you try it, which part of finding or using a tool feels awkward? submitted by /u/jackyrwj [link] [comments]
