While looking at indie SaaS and slightly bigger SaaS businesses, I noticed most are registered as LLCs, Pvt Ltds, GmbHs, etc. If a MoR can handle payments and international taxes, what are the actual advantages of incorporating, more importantly what if we don’t? Do B2B/B2C customers care or stop subscribing if you’re not incorporated? And is liability protection really the main reason to do it?
