Original Summary
I run a small SaaS. Revenue comes in through Polar, and the costs sit on five billing pages: OpenAI, Railway, Twilio, Resend and Firecrawl, all on my personal card. To see what the app earned, I added them up by hand. At tax time I did it again, line by line. OpenProfit does both for me now. Connect Stripe, OpenAI, Vercel and every other bill with an API key, and you see what each of your apps earns after costs, with up to two years of history. - 19 integrations. Revenue from Stripe, Polar, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy and RevenueCat. Costs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare, Twilio and 8 more. - Revenue after fees and refunds, converted to one currency. - Your tax numbers: the year's totals on each line of Schedule C, Form 1120, the T2125 or the TP-80, with the official source for each one. Bills on your personal card count as business costs. - Exports to QuickBooks or Xero if you already use them. - An alert when a bill spikes or an app's margin drops. - An MCP server, so Claude and Codex can connect your providers without seeing the keys. It's free under $2,500 MRR and MIT licensed. You can also run it yourself as one Docker image.
