i built moonshoot. it's one shared rocket to the moon, everyone pushes it 1 km, once, free, and your project rides on your km. the feedback i got the most was "looks vibe coded". neon green, glow on everything, tiny uppercase labels, 10 things on one screen. it was true. what i changed: - one headline and one button. old home had a form, a pass, a race, a list and a counter all at once - you push first, add your project after - the sign in window now says what you get: your own page, a spot in the friday list, a shot at the top of the home page - email login is a real button now, before it was hidden - no more neon why i cared: about 1 in 4 visitors hold the button. but of 30 who did, only 8 started signing in. on phones 17 to 3. took me 4 rounds of designs. the first 2 i threw away completely. images: old first, then new. what still looks off? be harsh, that's what fixed it last time   submitted by   /u/Emergency-Pack2500 [link]   [comments]
