A friend and I have been working on a new platform called ShipPDF . It's a tool for designing document templates. Once you have designed a template, you can feed it data and it will generate PDFs by combining the template and the data. We think it is a useful tool for businesses that generate lots of invoices, shipping labels, contracts, etc. For me personally, the coolest feature is that you can hook it up to your favorite AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and work with it to design and edit your templates. If you use the web version of those AI tools, it will display the template with some sample data. You can continue editing it with the AI tool or you can use the browser based editor that we have designed. For sending data, you can use the AI tools to send data and generate PDFs or do it in the web interface, but that is only good for a small number of documents. If you want to generate lots of documents and do it automatically from your system, we currently have Zapier integration or you can do API calls from your server. We are working on supporting Make, and other integration tools. You can make a free account and try it out. We let you generate a couple of documents per month for free. Any feedback is appreciated.
