Original Summary

I build Forthwith, a CLI that translates and updates the localization files in your app’s repository. My design partner, Roman at LinkFlick.com , pointed out something about the pricing: someone doing a big localization push might want to buy words upfront and use them whenever they need, without starting another subscription. That made sense, so I added word packs: 100,000 words for $80 300,000 words for $225 1 million words for $700 All prices are USD, before applicable taxes. The words never expire, no subscription is required, and you can buy another pack whenever you need more. Flex billing and monthly subscriptions are still available. Packs give people another option when their translation needs don’t follow a monthly schedule. For those of you localizing apps, would prepaid words fit how you work, or do you prefer paying as you go? Forthwith submitted by /u/NameBrandHero [link] [comments]
