The Main problem in having Homeopathy medicines I feel is it needs multiple repetitions in short time. I am proposing an app that can create multiple alarms with single prompt using Local AI. Doctors account would be link to patient so doctor while giving medicine can setup those set off alarms (like enabling a bunch with toggle).
