The software is light weight project management software closer to Trello than Jira in feel where stories fit on a note card with a Who (persona) and a short statement of What. All work updates in real-time. It puts special emphasis on user outcomes which has always been relevant but seems even more so with current AI narratives. I built it after spending 16 years fighting project management tools so tedious they destroyed collaboration and any sense of joyful energy. A Refinement meeting spent watching the PO struggle to type or copy/paste text. Stand-ups devolving into a status report. Retro ideas only thought about during retro. Long planning meetings promising false precision. I get why people detest Scrum and anything with an Agile name on it. My software is a response to all of that.
