Original Summary
I'm Jyen Ming, the developer of WhoPaid. It’s an iPhone app for people who get paid per job and keep their own payment records. A payment status belongs to a job. The same client might have two paid jobs and a third with money still outstanding. In WhoPaid, you can open that client’s history and check the specific job before following up. The 18-second demo shows one client with: • RM600 — paid • RM1,200 — RM300 received, RM900 remaining • RM300 — paid RM2,100 of work, RM1,200 received. The RM900 remaining belongs to the second job. The customer total and individual jobs stay together, so you can see where the balance comes from. This is an animated walkthrough using recreated app UI and fictional Malaysian-ringgit data. You update the received amount yourself after confirming a payment arrived. WhoPaid doesn’t connect to your bank, generate invoices or collect money. If your existing invoicing software already tracks this, another app may mean extra entry. For this workflow, would you look for the open job in the client’s history, or go straight to a list of Unpaid/Partial jobs? App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/whopaid-job-pay-tracker/id6764868229 Free: 15 new jobs per month; existing records remain. Optional Pro: US$1.99/month or US$12.99/year for unlimited new jobs and extended reports. Subscriptions renew automatically; regional prices vary. iOS 17+. Records are stored on-device with Supabase backup, including anonymous guest backup before Apple sign-in. submitted by /u/ming_builds [link] [comments]
