Original Summary

So we're building a platform for marketers. And have been growing through Instagram massively. The good thing: we get ~100+ signups a day (thats godo for a early b2b product) Now, the problem is that it attracts low quality users which totally benefit from the product but will not pay. Previously in our free trial we gave some credits free for people to try it out. Some idiot created 19+ fake accounts in a single day and shamelessly used the credits. And when we called him, he said "Hahah i love your tool and i found a bug please don't fix it my team is using your tool right now" I was shocked. Now we have added a debit card only trial and started blocking repeat users (IP and device tracking) - and YET people are abusing the free trial by creating multiple accounts. One trial user went ahead to fight with us because we blocked her 5th free trial account - said she would have paid if we did not block her account. Im like what???? I am fed up of this low quality traffic but this is a crazy story and validation that this product is super good.
