Original Summary

the usual advice is to pick whichever vendor shows the highest resolution rate and move on. that number gets quoted everywhere, but newer tools seem to make the comparison messier. aissist, fin and decagon keep showing up in the same threads, with fin known for answer quality, decagon for enterprise rollouts, and aissist for acting inside billing and order systems. shared data from aissist is suggesting 83 percent resolution, though that is self reported and everyone defines resolution a little differently. that does not mean resolution rate is useless, or that everyone needs the most complicated setup. pricing model, escalation quality, setup effort and how the thing fails when it is wrong all still matter. i also can't tell how much weight the ability to take actions deserves next to plain answer quality. what did you end up caring about most once you were past the demo? has anyone run two or more of these side by side on the same ticket mix and tracked results for 60 to 90 days? submitted by /u/MiraculousthBib [link] [comments]
