Original Summary
A SaaS product can work perfectly with a few hundred users, but the problems seem very different once usage starts growing. I’m curious what experienced founders and developers have found to be the first major pain point during that transition. Is it infrastructure, database performance, third party integrations, customer support, billing, security, or something else? What was the problem you didn’t really notice until your SaaS started getting traction? submitted by /u/AcceptableJacket3947 [link] [comments]
