Original Summary
I keep hearing a version of this from bootstrapped founders: customers are asking for features, the team says they're "done," but they don't ship for weeks. Often the work is sitting in review, waiting on the one or two senior people who are also building. If you run a small software company: - Do you know how long finished work waits before it ships? - Who reviews code on your team, and is that person also your best builder? - Have you tried to fix it? Hiring, tools, process? I'm talking to founders about this because I hit it myself. Not selling anything. submitted by /u/nateritter [link] [comments]
