Original Summary
I kept taking screenshots and then losing the useful ones in a folder full of files, so I built SnapRecall for macOS. It’s now live on the Mac App Store. You choose a library folder and set it as the screenshot destination in macOS (Shift-Command-5). SnapRecall organizes new captures there, then lets you browse by date, search, add tags and collections, and annotate a copy while keeping the original. Optional AI can describe and search screenshots on your Mac after you choose to download the models. Screenshot content stays on your device. It’s free and supports macOS 14+. I’d love feedback on the setup flow and on what makes a screenshot library genuinely useful.
