Original Summary

So first, context. 1- I work at compliance saas. 2- our reps demo straight from staging accounts with dummy company data in it Issue 1- our product/ engineering also use that same environment and when the flow updates or someone changes something that data vanishes out, gives an error, or something is like fully broken before a call and we all in team then pull each other's hair out on how we fix it Issue 2- security doesnt want us anywhere near an actual customer environment obviously so staging is basically all sales has I'm wondering if it makes more sense to have a separate demo version of the product that sales can mess around with without depending on staging. Any idea ? submitted by /u/Substantial_Idea_413 [link] [comments]
