Original Summary

Using a good deal of Claude, I got OrcaSlicer (and preFlight slicer) engines running in client-side WebAssembly with a full feature set for painting, slicing, assembling, and printing 3d models.
The UI is also mobile friendly for slicing on the go.
Direct print is supported for many models, though CORS proxying is often needed.
It also supports a minimal level of TinkerCAD-style CSG modeling, as well as importing models from https://cubbycad.com
I've been using it extensively when I need to trigger prints at home from my work computer.
Take it for a test drive!
The frontend is built on Nuxt UI.
