Original Summary

I made Peekabop, a Mac app that shows the lyrics of what you play in the notch. Spotify and Apple Music were easy, they give you the position of the song. Music videos not at all: intro, skits, different edit… the lyrics are always seconds off. So the app listens to the Mac audio, recognises some words (on-device, Apple speech) and moves the lyrics to the right place.
