I feel like a lot of us have this problem we spend weeks building something and then realize we haven't really figured out who actually needs it 😅 I had the same problem, so I built a small internal tool for myself. Basically: website → ICP → companies → signals → people → outreach The goal is to answer: “who should I actually be talking to?” instead of just giving me a huge list of leads. I'm thinking of open-sourcing it and making it self-hostable. Put together a short video of how it works. Would genuinely love some feedback — especially if you've struggled with finding your first customers.
