I made this app for my wife to be able to digitally organize books, and also as a demo of https://fangorn.network . https://openbookshelf.pages.dev/ It lets you scan barcodes and add books to your library amd organize them on custom shelves. It's entirely a static webpage, with search running in your browser itself using vector embeddings. That is, the data is crawled from various sources, built into packed vector embeddings, and then shipped with the static site.
