Original Summary
I’m building Outwards - a tool that scans your company’s public footprint and looks for confidential data that has accidentally become publicly accessible. Examples: Pricing_2026.pdf indexed by Google an AWS key left in a public GitHub repo contracts accessible through a public cloud link internal documents accidentally exposed online company information surfaced through AI tools or public AI conversations old config files, credentials or infrastructure details still accessible publicly The idea is pretty simple: Find → prioritize → remove → monitor You verify your company domain, Outwards looks at what is publicly accessible from the outside, and if it finds something sensitive, it shows you: what was found where it was found how serious it might be how to remove or secure it whether it appears again later I’m building the first version now and trying to understand which types of exposure are actually painful enough that companies would want them continuously monitored. I’d love feedback on two things: Would you use something like this for your own company? And: What kind of exposed company data would worry you the most?
